If they'd only gone union...

A Habitat for Humanity housing development was built on the site of a former garbage dump, and the residents are paying the price.

RESIDENTS of a model housing estate bankrolled by Hollywood celebrities and hand-built by Jimmy Carter, the former US president, are complaining that it is falling apart.

Fairway Oaks was built on northern Florida wasteland by 10,000 volunteers, including Carter, in a record 17-day “blitz” organised by the charity Habitat for Humanity.
Seriously, is there anything Jimmy Carter touches that doesn't turn into a pile of garbage?

(h/t Allen Estrin, who should really get his own blog since he does all the posting for Prager anyway)
