Woman has long-term affair with millionaire and Obama economic adviser Charles Phillips, apparently he cut it off or pissed her off, because she bought up a bunch of billboards with pictures of her with him, and a website loaded with pictures, letters and pictures of gifts and other mementos from their affair.  Wow.

Rough week for Obama, but I think Phillips has him beat.
