No, I mean real prison, you know, like a penitentiary?  I realize that can get confusing when talking about Detroit.  In any case, he's heading to jail for violating his bond agreement.  He was given some travel restrictions, which he immediately violated.  The judge tried to be lenient on the restrictions, but because Kilpatrick violated them, he has ordered Kwame to do some jail time.
