Detroit mayor Kwame Kilpatrick is expected to plead guilty to two felonies, pay up $1 million in fines, lose his law license, his seat as mayor and will spend four months in the pokey as the result of a plea bargain.  That took way too long, guy should have been thrown out of office months (years?) ago.
