It's freaking hilarious. If it's on purpose it's genius, if not, well, they must take the short ISP to the Intertubes.
I've never seen the movie Bottle Rocket, but here's why it's racist.

Sadly, I think it's for real. Which does make it most hilarious with just a touch of endy (that someone would actually think this way).
