As butt fuckingly stupid, arrogant, and rude Pete Stark was and is, I really have no desire to waste a profanity and dick/rape joke cocktail over a guy who will probably win re-election in his safe district even if he really did piss all over a constituent. So, I will merely present to Pete Stark, D-CA, addressing his constituents, and let you decide for your lonesome.
