Moronosphere in the Morning!

Okay, I think I'll try something new today, instead of one giant linkdrop, I'm going to split it up into three or four on a busy, an early, mid, late and runoff on big days.

So let's start this off, the first is a bleg, Mrs. Peel just bought her first home and could use some advice on home improvement issues, she also wonders if any of you morons know of any reliable sites or sources for home improvement tips.  We've tackled home improvement before. 

Actually, bmac has some background in construction, so he may be able to give Peel some advice.  He also has a good post about his experiences with big construction sites in Vegas, and why he's not surprised by the levels of people hurt or killed at Vegas worksites.

I'm not even sure how to intro this, but it is interesting.

In the NYT story about Louisiana governor Bobby Jindal, it's all about the framing.

Study concludes British police serve the state, not the people.  This American could have told you that for a fraction of what this thinktank probably spent.

Democrats: We're all about freedom of speech and freedom of press, except you people in the Pentagon, shut your traps, you're fucking with our narrative.

This stupid Lieberman-Warner greenie bill is bad business.

All right, this stupid "Whitey" video needs to fucking show up if it exists.
