Kenneth Gladney Was Unavailable For Comment

Remember Mr. Gladney? He was the African American gentleman beaten up by union thugs in St. Louis last year outside of a Russ Carnahan Town Hall. And he NAACP has not been very supportive of him as he seeks redress. Well, that perspective is important, given that this almost predictable bit of silliness from the NAACP is about to come forth. My only amazement is that this shit didn't come sooner.

Among the charges lodged against the tea party in the resolution:

•Tea party supporters have engaged in “explicitly racist behavior” and “displayed signs and posters intended to degrade people of color generally and President Barack Obama specifically.”

•Tea party activists have used racial epithets, have verbally and physically abused black members of Congress {is this the discredited story about the walk across the Capitol Grounds on the weekend of the Obamacare vote?-ed}and others, and have been charged with threatening public officials.

Sigh. What a shock that the left, as their policies are unpopular and their grasp on power is set to be loosened this November, retreat back to their old race card gambit, proof be damned.

Oh well, fuck them. Fuck them all. Fuck you eternally with the fuckfury of fucking freedom for telling me that opposition to their side based on policy grounds is racist. Fuck them for making claims without proof. Fuck them for excusing Robert Byrd and his KKK membership, yet calling those of us who pointed it out bigots. And fuck them for trying to silence me without knowing what I think or feel, ignoring my explicit policy reasons for opposing their agenda.

Wanting a better life for my daughter? I guess I am a fucking Klansman on par with Senator Byrd. Wanting to keep my job? I guess I lost my lynching rope last week. Wanting to be able to have my family not wait in a line worse than the Post Office to get medical care? Then lets all sing "Dixie". And wanting to make sure that our country remains strong? Then give me my "Fans of Plessy v Ferguson" card.

Seriously, why should I fucking fuckity fuck have to apologize for something that I and many of my fellow conservatives do not believe and have not helped perpetuate because your side is bereft of ideas? Why should I feel guilty forwanting what I listed above/ And why the fuck in the fuckdumpster of fuck and fury do I have to apologize when our side is lying and distorting facts to present a meme that does not exist?

Fuck you, race hustlers. Fuck you for your lies and deceit to take on an opponent, rather than engage in debate. Get lost, and come back when you have facts and logic to support your claims.

Academic freedom

I'm gonna go ahead and guess that this guy won't get a tenth of the support that Ward Churchill got form his colleagues, if even that much:

The University of Illinois has fired an adjunct professor who taught courses on Catholicism after a student accused the instructor of engaging in hate speech by saying he agrees with the church's teaching that homosexual sex is immoral.

The professor, Ken Howell of Champaign, said his firing violates his academic freedom. He also lost his job at an on-campus Catholic center.

Howell, who taught Introduction to Catholicism and Modern Catholic Thought, says he was fired at the end of the spring semester after sending an e-mail explaining some Catholic beliefs to his students preparing for an exam.

"Natural Moral Law says that Morality must be a response to REALITY," he wrote in the e-mail. "In other words, sexual acts are only appropriate for people who are complementary, not the same."

An unidentified student sent an e-mail to religion department head Robert McKim on May 13, calling Howell's e-mail "hate speech." The student claimed to be a friend of the offended student. The writer said in the e-mail that his friend wanted to remain anonymous.
Now, my dad is a Catholic, but I'm not—in fact, I consider myself an agnostic—and I don't much care what consenting adults do with their naughty bits behind closed doors, but from what I understand, the official policy of the church (and it's hardly the only Christian denomination to take such a line) that homosexuality is a sin.
Speaking of which...
Howell said he was teaching his students about the Catholic understanding of natural moral law.

"My responsibility on teaching a class on Catholicism is to teach what the Catholic Church teaches," Howell said in an interview with The News-Gazette in Champaign. "I have always made it very, very clear to my students they are never required to believe what I'm teaching and they'll never be judged on that."

Howell also said he makes clear to his students that he's Catholic and that he believes the church views that he teaches.
So, here we have a guy who's an avowed Catholic, teaching students about Catholic doctrine, and he gets fired for doing so? All because a student (who's not brave enough to show his or her face in public) thinks that his teaching of that church doctrine is "hate speech." Did the student know about these teachings before enrolling in the course? Hard to say, but I would guess so.

There's much more at the link, including a statement from a U of I official that Howell's e-mails "violate university standards of inclusivity," thus justifying his dismissal.

To borrow something from Allahpundit, Exit Question: If this had been a Muslim prof discussing his religion's attitudes toward homosexuality, would we be discussing the same outcome?

I think we all know the answer.

Obama: "Yeah, About That Border Fence..."

If true, this is a bit much, even for The Chicago Way.

Oh, and fuck this shit if it is true. Fuck any "compromise" with Obama if these are the fucking terms. And fuck any Republican with the fucksaber of freedom dripped in fuck juice if they think that "getting something advanced" is a groovy deal if doing so means universal fucking amnesty.

I don't think many of our congressbetters realize that this is another one of the electoral fucking tripwires we the unwashed have right about now for telling you to get rampfucked with your failed careers if you cross it. Rewarding illegal activity for a promise of a fence that we all know will never get built so long as Democrats court votes of the criminal class is not the fucking way to go. We have already been spat upon over Porkulus, Crap & Trade, Obamacare, and the "jobs" bill. And this? No. Fucking. Way.

And what is fucking frustrating is that the dipshits at the RNC who told us Dede, Charlie Crist, Arlen Specter, and Bennett of Utah were the right ideas will probably fucking push this plan and call us idiots for opposing them. I have no proof, but the GOP apparatus has not been very inspiring in fighting socialism, so I would not be shocked if they fuck us over once again. And that is why I no longer give money to them.

So be warned, Congresscritters. Even thinking of advancing what Kyl claims Obama wants is a recipe to be called "former" Congresscritter.

The era of one man, one vote is dead again

You have got to be fucking kidding me...

Arthur Furano voted early — five days before Election Day. And he voted often, flipping the lever six times for his favorite candidate.

Furano cast multiple votes on the instructions of a federal judge and the U.S. Department of Justice as part of a new election system crafted to help boost Hispanic representation.

Seriously?  Seriously?  Could these people be any more fucking irresponsible?  Do they really have no idea what kind of internal instability they're gonna create by doing this shit?  I knew these people were stupid and dangerous, I wouldn't have guessed they were, "you know, that whole one man, one vote thing is such a bourgeois wingnut outdated concept, let's ditch it," stupid.  God help us all.

To the Europe that tried to exterminate them and damn near succeeded, right Helen?  Sick fucking slag, the only reason she's lived so long is because even Death is repulsed by the thought of touching her.

Um, why is this okay?

Other sites have covered the whole "Gringo Mask" thing over the past few days, but this jumped right the hell out at me (with my emphasis):

The Arizona requires police to detain anyone whose immigration status may be suspect. Michelle Zubizarreta of Zubi Advertising, one of the nation's leading Hispanic ad agencies, says that means dark-skinned Hispanic people are more at risk of being detained than gringos, slang for white people.
Say, is it just me, or if someone made a mask and called it...aw, fuck it.

These aren't even double standards anymore. It's just a big fucking farce. A farce where we all pretend that racism is always wrong no matter what, but then stuff our grubby little fists in our pockets and whistle as we walk away, knowing that certain people are allowed to call others names because of [insert EXCUSE here] and, really, it's not polite to talk about stuff like that, anyway.

Look, I'm not looking for a license to use racial slurs. Far from it. I've been taught all my life not to engage in that sort of crap. I just wish that everyone else felt the same way.

Where I Politely State My Opinion Of Publicly Bailing Out The Unions

No. Fucking Way.

Fuck no. Fuck no. Fuck no. Fuck this shit with an electric fuckprod soaked in the eternal fuckflame of fuck.

Not on my fucking dime, especially after what those fuckgashes have done the last two years with the bused in thugs, the beatings, the intimidation, the violence, and the general fuckheadedness of their side in fucking up my life and trying to make my home state like Cockifornia.

And this definitely is a fucking Rubicon fucking deal for me. Any politician who helps this deal proceed (or doesn't do their damnedest to stop it) needs to get rampfucked Jodie Foster on the pinball machine style with the fuckrapespear of fuck and fucking hate and fury.

Those fucking animals literally beat up some of our side and have done their best to threaten with physical harm those of us who oppose them, and some politicians are OK with that? Not on my fucking watch, you fuckingly fucked up recreants and dastards of fuck. No fucking way will I lay down and let any Republican support this. They have declared war on us, and they deserve a disproportionate response.

Fuck the unions. Fuck their pensions. Fuck their violence. Fuck them all with the fucklaser of fury and ill will. And fuck any politician who supports stealing my money to help them.

What Would You Expect From Socialized Medicine?

Hey Cancer Patients, and the loved ones of such who endorse Obamacare:

How's this fucking feel? And don't fucking give me the "well, it works in America" line, because we all know that once Obamacare trailerfucks the heatlhcare industry, this will happen here as well.

NHS bosses are refusing to let cancer patients be treated with potentially life-saving technology – endorsed by senior doctors – at a hospital which has just spent £3m on it.

The Mount Vernon cancer hospital in London has become the first NHS hospital to buy a CyberKnife machine, which delivers radiotherapy with pinpoint accuracy. It is better at targeting tumours than conventional radiotherapy, less damaging than surgery and can treat some patients whose conditions would otherwise be untreatable, say leading oncologists.

But the east of England strategic health authority's specialised commissioning group (SCG) has banned NHS patients from its region from being treated with CyberKnife at the Mount Vernon because it is not convinced the robotic radiosurgery system works {trust me, any cancer patient will try anything, no matter how unsure, if it will work-ed}.

As a result, scores of cancer sufferers every year from Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Essex, Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire whose doctors believe they could benefit from CyberKnife treatment will not be able to go there when it becomes operational in September. Only private patients whose insurers agree to pay will have access. The only two CyberKnifes in use in the UK are at private hospitals in Harley Street, London, where patients pay more than £20,000 for a course of treatment.

My take?

And Yet, Terrorists Can Have Full Legal Protection

What. The. Fuck? This story is wrong on so many levels, I can't even wrap my arms around it. Look, I am pro life. But I see the big picture politically, and am open to those on my side who are a little less amped to eleven on this issue, so long as they agree with me on taxes, spending, The Constitution, judges, defense, and not being a liberal dickbag.

But this? Over a fucking cleft palette? This  is my Rubicon on abortion. Anybody who supports this shit needs to take their coat and hat with them as they leave my tent. This is fucking murder. This is savagery and cruelty to the nth degree. Being pro choice is one thing. But this? No. Fucking. Way.

The baby - weighing just 11oz - survived the procedure, carried out on Saturday in the Rossano Calabro hospital, but was left by doctors to die.

He was discovered alive the following day – some 20 hours after the operation – by Father Antonio Martello, the hospital chaplain, who had gone to pray beside his body.

He found that the baby, wrapped in a sheet with his umbilical cord still attached, was moving and breathing.

The priest raised the alarm and doctors immediately arranged for the infant to be taken to a specialist neo-natal unit at the neighbouring Cosenza hospital, where he died on Monday morning.

Let me repeat the facts, for those more fluent in assfisting retardation than I am: the baby survived the abortion, but was left to die of natural causes for a full fucking day. A. Full. Fucking. Day. And it still was trying to live, still begging for some succor and comfort that was never going to be afforded it because it was abandoned and left to die. Its cries and whimpers left unanswered. All over a cleft palette. In Italy, a country with the technology to fix that issue.

How fucking sick is that? How fucking sick is the leftist pro abortion lobby, that this sort of shit is deemed a worthy practice? And how fucking savage are the pro abortion folks on the left that they must defend this? What, are you afraid that if this batch of savagery is restricted, your kingdom will collapse? If so, then fuck you. Fuck you with a salt enema laced with hate.

And to think, the Western press gets upset when an adult terrorist is forced to stand for ten minutes.

Dodd #FinReg bill will cripple Angel Investing

So sayeth Angel Investor (and former Congressional candidate) Steve Welch [emphasis added]:

In its current state, Senator Chris Dodd’s legislation would make two sweeping changes to the way in which angel investors and entrepreneurs can operate. First, the bill would redefine who would be qualified to be an angel investor. Currently, individuals with either $1 million in investable assets or $250,000 in income qualify as accredited investors. The new bill would change this to individuals with $2.3 million in assets or $450,000 in income. According to the Kauffman Foundation, this would eliminate 77 percent of accredited investors. This would single-handedly reduce the amount of capital available to early stage businesses and stunt our much needed job creation.

In addition, the bill would require any company attempting to raise angel investment to seek SEC approval, which would take up to 4 months. As an active angel investor myself, I can say with certainty that companies in this stage can rarely wait four months for funding. They will simply be forced to close up shop.
Please go read the whole thing.

Tell Me Once Again Who The Intolerant Ones Are

By now, I am sure you have seen this story, but what a fucking joke this is.

Veteran Rep. Babette Josephs (D., Phila.) last Thursday accused her primary opponent, Gregg Kravitz, of pretending to be bisexual in order to pander to lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender voters, a powerful bloc in the district.

"I outed him as a straight person," Josephs said during a fund-raiser at the Black Sheep Pub & Restaurant, as some in the audience gasped or laughed, "and now he goes around telling people, quote, 'I swing both ways.' That's quite a respectful way to talk about sexuality. This guy's a gem."

Kravitz, 29, said that he is sexually attracted to both men and women and called Josephs' comments offensive.

"That kind of taunting is going to make it more difficult for closeted members of the LGBT community to be comfortable with themselves," Kravitz said. "It's damaging."

Again, note the political party behind this squabble, and tell me that the GOP has a "Teh Ghey Bashing" problem. Go on, I'll wait.

Bunch of fucking Nazis

The film studio that made Downfall is now demanding that Youtube begin removing some of the more popular Downfall videos, and Youtube is complying...though I'll note it looks like people are putting one or two of them back up.  Oddly enough, the director of Downfall thinks it's funny and is totally cool with it, but the studio itself is acting all butthurt about the fact that the movie is being used in parody.
