The recent "hands-free" cell phone law that passed in California reminded me of the basis of all of these idiotic laws. You're too stupid to use your phone while you drive. You're too stupid to manage your retirement. You're too stupid to raise your kids. You're too stupid to own a firearm. You're too stupid to teach your children.
