Terrorists have habeas now.  Thanks Supreme Court!  The nutroots must be collectively orgasmic right now.  Kennedy was of course the deciding vote, and even got to break out his favorite crayon to scrawl out the opinion for the decision too.  I bet you love all the love and attention the media is giving you now that you've undermined our ability to combat our enemies, eh justice?
