The proper credit to Iowahawk for this post was initally left off the site. 760KFMB regrets the error.That's a good start, but you know what would be so much better? An apology from Rick Roberts, admitting that he stole the piece (graphics and all) from Iowahawk.

This is still probably be actionable, at least through discovery, assuming Iowahawk has records of his contacts with the station. Especially as the post still has excessive content (in regard to fair use) without permission.
If they're actually interested in doing the right thing, as opposed to simply covering their asses, they should ask Iowahawk for permission and provide him with appropriate monetary compensation. A contractual agreement would also remove potential legal liability.
