Hopefully the Shortbus All-Stars in Harrisburg don't botch this, we ought to be able to put up even more tobacco shops around the NY/PA border and cash in.  In fact, we ought to lower PA's tobacco taxes a bit, and use NY's Nanny State impulse to our benefit.  New York just passed a huge tobacco tax, the biggest in the nation, and if all of us surrounding states play our cards right, and the reservations stick to their guns, smokers will pour into our states and reservations looking for tax relief.

Something those who believe in liberty really got to get in the habit of doing is using the Nanny Staters' fascist policies against them, in this case, using NY's antismoking Nanny Behavioral Modification Taxes to fill our coffers.  Likewise, there should be rifle ranges with as un-PC firearms as can be had for rent dotting the borders of states like New York, California, Massachusetts and Illinois.  Sure, they can't legally bring them home, but at least give them a taste of sweet, sweet liberty.  We should also have great bars and liquor shops with more selection around Bible Belt states like Alabama, and states with crappy state run rackets like, grrrr, Pennsylvania.
